In this world of constant demands, both at work and at home, together with changing roles and organisational structures, uncertainty is something that’s certain! It is more important than ever that we have the skills to be able to manage these demands before healthy stress turns into distress!
This is a one and half day programme with a follow-up coaching call for all participants.

- To appreciate how resilient we already are
- To be more self-aware of how our thinking effects our quality of life
- To be equipped with some skills to take out into the 'real world'
Stress Management
The figures relating to the number of days off sick employees take, how much it costs the company, etc due to stress-related illness are quoted everywhere. What really counts is how you're experiencing it in your organisation, what impact it's having, and how you're managing it.
Apart from the two workshops offered below, we can act in a consultancy capacity to discuss stress in your organisation and how best to tackle it.
Seeing the Signs
A half-day workshop aimed at assisting managers to recognise stress in their employees, and themselves, and providing guidance on what to do about it once they've spotted it.
Managing Stress
A one-day workshop for all employees, plus a coaching session for each attendee.
Outcomes:
- To provide an understanding of what stress is and how 'bad' stress manifests itself.
- To have a clearer appreciation of what your stressors are.
- To have practiced some techniques to help you manage your stress more effectively.
